PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are between 7 and 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Tiny Prints is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country — we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eternalcompanion1@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. Tiny Prints is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at eternalcompanion1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
